Wish I had read these comments before placing an order. I was ordering 4 days before my husband's birthday. Typed uk band t-shirts into google and Impericon came up very high on the list. I thought the shipping costs where high but assumed next day delivery for £10.00. I received several emails afterwards all which looked promising that the delivery would come quickly. Item was dispatched within 24 hours however it's been 6 days and the last update is still that it's leaving Germany, the original company being used is DHL in Germany but once it's across the seas it's in the hand of the royal mail which I wouldn't have paid £10.00 to use.

If I had more time I wouldn't of minded but my husband's birthday has now been and gone and he's still waiting for his 3 t-shirts I've ordered. Definitely disappointed by the whole experience but can't comment on the quality of the clothing as they're still not here.

crazy shipping prices. Shipping to Poland from Germany shouldnt be that high (13,99 EUR for a 19,99 EUR product). Generally crazy prices for all products + the extremally high shipping cost to neighbouring countries

The order was 2 weeks late. I tried to connect them 6 times, and the 6th time counted. The clothes were smelling so bad I had to wash them alone in the washingmashine, like reeeally bad. Customer service was poor.

Impericon is a top-notch online store for band merch.

They offer a comprehensive selection of items from a diverse range of artists and bands. The quality of the clothing is outstanding and the pricing is competitive.

The purchasing process is seamless and the shipping is prompt. I had a highly satisfactory experience shopping at Impericon and would wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

The hoodie that I ordered is so cool. The design on the back is epic. Shipping was expensive but they were shipping overseas so that is to be expected. Nonetheless though it came in less than a week which was a pleasant surprise. I will probably order from here again.

Shipping within the UK - £9.99, ok, little steep but fair enough, I'll pay it.

Go to checkout, shipping to Northern Ireland - a part of the UK, £44.99? For a £20 t shirt? Are you having a laugh lmao.

Trash tier company, you're lucky if you actually get what you order too.

I think IMPERICON is good , because they offer a lot of merch and choices.
I've ordered items on monday evening and already got them on wednesday.
Only problem i have with this site is that shipping is a bit too expensive.
I once ordered a t-shirt and payed 20€ for shippment, and got the item in 7 days...
I don't know if shipping time is different sometimes or what...
I sometimes order things from different countries that are a lot far from my country than Germany and i pay less and i get items the same time.

I placed an order 10 days ago. I waited for it to arrive, I wanted to track where my package was on the site, but when I pressed the "follow the shipment" button, I was greeted with the phrase "There is nothing to show about tracking the shipment". I thought it would come, but it's been 10 days. Then last Saturday I got an email that my order was delivered. I am not the person who was delivered, I do not know to whom the package went. I sent an e-mail about my package and they didn't even get back to me. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before ordering. My fault. Still no news. I'm tired of waiting for a package.

Edit: The Impericon team contacted me and they said my package was lost. They said they would refund the cost of my order.

I placed an order that got held up and returned to impericon. I expected my order to take a little longer due to international shipping but I haven’t heard back from them with an update on whether not I’m getting my order or a refund much less when. You can’t call from the US so you have to rely on email, that they ignore. 0/10 customer service

Awful Company, first and last time I will order from them. Ordered items mid November took two weeks to reach the UK. Then I had to travel 40 miles round trip to collect them from a FedEx centre in Crawley. So contacted them via their website to see if they would refund postage costs due to inconvenience? No response. Then I returned items back to them at my own cost. Recorded delivery. Still no refund. Or any correspondence. Even though I can see they were apparently delivered. Avoid using them. Truly terrible. Hopefully PayPal will come through for me to get my money back.

Do not use they are a joke

If I could give a 0 star I would, worst customer service and website I've ever used. If this company ever wants any form of respect is the trading market, they need to buck their ideas up. If they want to save themselves a lot of money and gain a lot of money, respect and returning customers, they will listen to me and other customers and provide a clear message at the checkout, that when anything purchased above a certain amount, will incur a tax and duty charge. I was not aware of this and countless other people are having the same experience. Until they get this sorted and credit myself and other people for their mislead purchase and pricing, I will be boycotting and strongly advising other within the UK and online community, to steer well clear of Impericon. Their response was complete garbage and no apology. Terrible way to run a business.

Impericon as a company is very misleading as they advertise at Impericon UK when it is based in Germany. Personally I think this is why people are getting caught out with postage costs and times. Other online companies selling the same merch are far superior, this company needs an overhaul of postage cots, better delivery and customer service.

can someone get back to me about my return?! Yet again let down by poor customer service and an overly complicated returns system. I want to return a hoodie, used the returns label that came in the parcel which sent me to royal mail, arranged a collection with them for the 5th of January and then on the 14th of January the parcel showed back up at my house with a label saying the place no longer exists. I've since sent you 2 requests using your contact form and tweeted you about this yet not had a single reply. Why does the website say you need a DHL return form when the one that comes in your parcel says Royal Mail? Unbelievable.

After 15 years of online shopping this one is the worst. 3 weeks past the order date (following impericon info my package should of been delivered within 4-6 days).

Absolutely so frustrating trying to contact them , left many messages & emails and had no response regarding an item I have returned as too small . I now have found out the PO BOX 1409 no longer exists and that my parcel hasn’t been delivered!!!This POBOX NUMBER IS ON MY INVOICE TO RETURN ANY ITEMS . I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME ASAP AS I CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN BUT I WOULD LIKE THE ITEM EXCHANGING FOR A LARGER SIZE .My Order Number is 1700614175
